Hello everyone! My name is Ashlee and as Tanya mentioned in her last column, I will be taking over the fashion and beauty blog.  We will for sure all miss Tanya and her awesome columns that entertained and informed us on the world of fashion and makeup, so I promise to keep up her weekly posts giving you tips on the latest trends in fashion and beauty! I have such a love for fashion and I'm constantly checking the internet or magazines for what's new and cute.  I think expressing yourself through your clothes or your makeup is a creative way to show the world who you are, but like Tanya said, it's what's on the inside that truely matters, so never let your outside beauty overshine the amazing and beautiful girl you are on the inside!  That being said, I do want to share some fun, fashionable tips that you can rock and make your own this spring season.

A new and growing trend that many of you have probably already seen are the feather hair extensions.  These fun, colorful extensions will give a unique twist to your normal, everyday hair.  You can go to almost any hair dresser to get them inserted or some stores such as Sally Beauty Supply carry ones that just clip in. 

Another Spring fashion trend hitting the stores right now are bright neon colors.  Highlighter yellow, Neon orange, and hot, bright pink are popping up everywhere on different clothing items.  This look makes you stand out and let people know you've entered the room! I personally love the neon colors on sneakers or plain tank tops.  It brings attention to you and your style (and as a bonus, these colors make a girl look tanner without even having to step out in the sun!)  Make a statement this spring with funky, unique, statement-making items that will complement your crazy fun personality.  Until next week, have fun enjoying this nice Spring weather and hopefully you'll give these looks a try!
