I have a question for you.
What are you passionate about? What are you skilled at or love to learn about?
Are you a figure skater? A football player? A singer? A dancer?
Are you great in math? Do you love to read?
All of these are passions, things that we love. And of course, what better career than doing something that you love?
For me, I love to write and I love movies.
My dream is to be a film producer who writes and produces movies.
I'm working hard towards my dream but sometimes it's easy to get discouraged! It can feel like there are so many people out there with the same dream. Especially when they're incredibly talented! It's almost like you want to think, "why bother?"
Well, I'll tell you why you should bother.
You have something that no one else can bring. You. There's no one in the world like you. Your perspective, your dreams, your hopes, your life -- no one can bring that to the world but you.
Don't ever discount yourself and your dreams. You can do it.
Believe you can then work towards it. Be determined and consistent.
Remember, perseverance and steadiness is the key. Fame and fortune come and go but if you do what you love to do and stay humble, you'll go farther than you could even imagine.
