If you are like me, then you may wonder why your nails are so thin, brittle, and seem to break so easily? I recently learned that it’s all about the food you consume!
Believe it or not, but a deficiency in certain vitamins or minerals can cause unhealthy nails. So here are some tips on how to get those nails strong, long, and beautiful! First you will want to start with adding more zinc, calcium, and vitamin A into your diet! Find it in the foods you eat, or buy some supplements! This will not only be good for your nails, but for your body as well! The last tip is to rub your nails with these three food derived oils: Coconut Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, and Olive Oil! Try these tips out if you feel like your nails could use a health boost!
