Thank you for your interest in Operation Welcome Home and the CalVet Corps. California's veterans have generously and freely volunteered to serve our nation. Now that they have returned home, we have an opportunity to thank them and assist in their transition back to civilian life. Many nonprofit organization are active in connecting veterans to each other, as well as providing programs, services, benefits, helpful information, and other assistance. To carry out their activities, these organizations rely on community support. You can help by volunteering your time for an hour, a day, a weekend, a month, or more.
